All products from Tressa’s Baking Company are carefully handcrafted and baked from scratch using the finest ingredients, materials and packaging.  From mixing ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of the baking process is done by hand. Much time is taken to ensure that every item that leaves my bakery is of the highest quality. 

Custom cookies take LOTS of time. The dough is made, rolled out, cut, baked and individually hand decorated with custom colored royal icing. Prior to starting each order, much time is spent planning your designs and colors to ensure your order is perfect. After your cookies are finished and dried (which can take 2 days or more), they are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you fresh.
